Who I am

I’m Cheyanne Cowfer, and I run The Sculpt HER Method at sculptrcoaching.com. These terms cover this site, the free Sculpt Method, and the texts I send you when you sign up.

The Sculpt Method

The Sculpt Method is a free 7 day workout plan. It is general fitness information, not medical advice. Check with your doctor before you start a new workout plan, and stop any exercise that hurts.

The plan and everything on this site are mine. You can use them for your own workouts. Please don’t copy, sell or share them as your own.

Texts from Chey

• Who sends them: Chey (Cheyanne Cowfer), the Sculpt Method, part of The Sculpt HER Method. For questions, reply to any email from me.
• How you join: on program.sculptrcoaching.com there is one box under the Download the Sculpt Method button. It starts unticked, and you tick it yourself. It reads: “Yes! Text me the Sculpt Method download link and notify me of any future free challenges, discounts, or offers.”
• By checking the box, you agree to receive automated texts from Chey at the number provided, including your Sculpt Method download link and recurring marketing texts like free challenges, discounts and offers. The Sculpt Method is sent by text, so the box is needed to sign up for it.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• When: marketing texts are sent between 8am and 9pm your time.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will get one message confirming. STOP stops all my texts to your number, including marketing texts.
• For help: reply HELP for help, or reply to any email from me.
• Who can join: US phone numbers only.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• My texts are sent through my texting services, Quo and SlickText.

Your number is used to send your download link and my marketing texts. I keep a record that you ticked the box, the exact words shown next to it and under it, and when. I don’t sell it or share it with third parties for their marketing, and I don’t share your texting opt-in with anyone. See my Privacy Policy.

Emails

When you sign up, I also email you the Sculpt Method, along with emails with workouts and tips. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
