Who I am

I’m Cheyanne Cowfer, and I run The Sculpt HER Method at sculptrcoaching.com. This page explains what I collect when you use this site, why, and what you can do about it.

What I collect

• When you sign up for the Sculpt Method: your first name, your email address and your phone number.
• Your text consent: that you ticked the text box, the exact words shown next to it and under it, and the time you signed up, as a record of your consent.
• When you book a call through Calendly: the details you give in the booking form.

Why I collect it

• To send you the Sculpt Method and emails with workouts and tips.
• To send you automated texts from Chey: your Sculpt Method download link and recurring marketing texts like free challenges, discounts and offers, which you agree to when you tick the box. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See the text section of my Terms.
• To run the calls you book with my team.

Who helps me run this

These services process your details for me:

• Kit, which sends my emails.
• Quo and SlickText, the texting services I use to send my texts.
• Calendly, which handles call bookings.
• Vercel, which hosts this site.
• The Meta pixel, which helps me measure my ads. It only runs when I have switched it on.

I don’t sell your information

I don’t sell your details to anyone. Your phone number is used to send your download link and my marketing texts. I don’t sell it or share it with third parties for their marketing, and I don’t share your texting opt-in with anyone.

Your choices

• Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out of all my texts, including marketing texts.
• To have your details deleted, reply to any email from me and ask.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
